Infrastructure
We have one coil slitting machine of 1270 mm width with an installed capacity of 2000 M.T. per month on single shift basis and High Speed 'H' Frame Presses of 100 Ton, 160 Ton and 200 Ton capacities for lamination punching.

We have three Nos. HMT make Die Casting M\c's (250 Ton/180 Ton and 120 Ton) for Die Casting of Rotors and Aluminum/Zinc Alloy Components along with SPM's for machining of Rotors and Hydraulic and Mechanical Presses for Stack Riveting complete with Tool Room facilities for smooth functioning of manufacturing process.

We have recently setup a green field project at Haridwar, Uttaranchal for manufacturing of Aluminium Alloy Components. With built- up area of 15000 sq.ft. and further scope to expand, we have installed two nos. 180 Ton HMT make die-casting machines to start with. The unit has been designed and developed to cater to the growing demand for die-casting of Alloy Components. The Company plans to install CNC Machines along with other required equipments to manufacture finished components in due course of time.

We have in-house Decarb Annealing facility with an installed capacity of 150 M.T. per month for Decarb Annealing and Bluing of semi processed steel. Under this process the stampings pass through different chambers which are electrically heated having positive atmosphere with the help of gases so as to reduce the carbon percentage and develop a uniform grain structure thereby reducing the Watt losses of the material.

To Power the equipment installed, we have a connected load of 650 KVA from state Electricity board and to meet the eventualities arising out of power breakdown/shortage, we have standby power Generators of 1150 KVA capacity.
